Buyers cannot test a consultant before they hire one. Consulting firm website design explains the problems you take on, how an engagement works, and what the first conversation covers.

Services

## The work that makes your thinking visible.

Each service below answers a question a buyer asks before they invite a consultant to scope the work.

*Consulting*

**### Brand Strategy**

For firms that describe themselves as full-service, when buyers cannot tell what you are best at.

Start here when every proposal starts with explaining who you are.

**### Content Marketing**

For consultants whose thinking lives in proposals and meetings, when buyers need to see it before they call.

Start here when referrals ask for something to read before a first meeting.

**### Presentation Design**

For firms that win work in the room, when capability decks and proposals look different every time.

Start here when your team rebuilds the same slides for every pitch.

Disciplines

## Consulting, discipline by discipline.

Customer journey

## Follow a buyer from shortlist to scoping call.

Consulting buyers often arrive through a referral or a search. Then they check whether you have solved problems like theirs.

Name the situation you are called into See the thinking Meet the consultants Scope the engagement

### Do you work on problems like mine?

Describe the situations you are called into, in the words a buyer uses, not your internal service names.

What the website needs to do

Group services by the problem they solve, such as growth, operations, or a change in leadership.

Next: see how you think.

### How would you approach this?

Share your method and point of view at a level that helps without giving away client work.

Publish articles or short guides your team has reviewed, tied to the services they support.

Next: meet the people.

### Who would actually do the work?

Show the people buyers will work with, their backgrounds, and the areas they lead.

Use verified biographies and link each person to their services.

Next: understand the engagement.

### What does the first conversation cover?

Explain what happens in the first call, what you need from the buyer, and how a proposal follows.

Make the contact form ask about the problem, the timing, and who else is involved in the decision.

Next: a named consultant replies with a call time.

Information

## Consulting firm website design that shows buyers the fit.

Buyers compare consultants on fit, method, and people. A list of capabilities does not show any of those.

Hidden method

### Selling a method buyers cannot see

Buyers hire the thinking, but most sites only show a list of services. Explain how you approach a problem and what a buyer gets at each stage.

Confidential work

### Case studies you cannot publish

Confidential work is normal in consulting. Describe the type of problem and your approach, and share named examples only with client permission.

Broad positioning

### Positioning that tries to cover everything

Claiming to do everything makes a firm hard to remember. A clear focus helps the right buyer see the fit.

Slow decisions

### Long, quiet decision cycles

Several people sign off on a consulting engagement. Without an owner for follow-up, a warm lead can go cold.

Local search

## Show where and how you work.

Buyers want to know whether you work on site, remotely, or both, and which regions you cover.

1. ### Name your home base
Show the office or city you work from, with the same details on your site and listings.
2. ### State your reach
Say which regions or industries you serve and when you travel to client sites.
3. ### Make meetings easy
Explain how the first conversation happens, by video or in person, and who joins it.

Process

## The moves, and who owns each.

The site should make your focus clear, show how you think, and keep every inquiry moving through a long decision.

1. Together
   ### Sharpen the positioning
Agree on who you serve, the problems you take on, and how to say it plainly.
2. Scayver Graphix
   ### Build pages around problems
Write a page for each problem you solve, with your approach and the next step.
3. Your team
   ### Publish your point of view
Write and approve articles or guides that show how the firm thinks.
4. Scayver Graphix
   ### Connect inquiries to your CRM
Send every inquiry to the CRM with an owner, after the connection is reviewed and confirmed.
5. Together
   ### Verify the team pages
Confirm biographies and experience before they go live, and keep them current.

Readiness

## Bring what you have. We will shape it.

A few bullet points will do. From them we work out how buyers discover your firm and decide you are worth a call. Your answers in this list never leave the page.

Select the inputs you have ready.

Questions

## Questions consultants ask before the work starts.

**### How do we show results without naming clients?**

Describe the situation, the approach, and what changed in general terms, and share only what your client agreements allow. Named results need the client's permission. Do not fill the gap with invented figures or praise.

**### Should we narrow our focus on the website?**

A clear focus helps the right buyer recognize the fit. You can still offer broader work, but lead with what you want to be known for. We decide this with you before writing.

**### Do we need a blog?**

You need a way to show how you think. That can be articles, short guides, or talks, as long as your team can keep it current. A plan comes before the first post.

**### Can the website replace proposals?**

No, but it can make proposals shorter. When the site explains your method and team, the proposal can focus on the buyer's specific situation.
