A full redesign is not always the right first move. Some parts of a brand keep working while others drift as new channels, teams, and offers appear. A brand audit is a structured review of the identity and message a business already uses. It compares the approved brand direction with representative touchpoints, such as a website, sales material, email, social content, signage, and internal templates. The audit can identify conflicting promises, visual drift, unclear usage rules, and gaps in ownership. It also identifies assets and patterns worth keeping.
