A business that uses its website actively may publish landing pages, adjust forms, update promotions, or depend on the site for appointments and enquiries. The plan adds edit capacity and a broader technical review to the maintenance foundation.
The monthly price is a starting point. Your written agreement confirms what is supported on your site and the final recurring charge.
What you receive each month
The plan includes premium hosting and up to five hours of website edits per month. It includes monthly WordPress maintenance, core updates, DNS management, caching, security and performance scans, backups, image optimization, uptime monitoring, and weekly broken-link scans. A staging server provides a place to check supported changes before publication.
Growth also includes page-speed optimization, SSL certificate support, database optimization, malware removal, and email-deliverability support. At onboarding, the plan includes full SEO, usability, and Core Web Vitals audits. A custom analytics dashboard and biweekly reports give you a recurring view of site work and findings.
We can care for existing tools such as appointment or event management, e-commerce, newsletter forms, and landing pages when your agreement includes them. The agreement states which of your tools and workflows we support. A new commerce or booking build is a separate project, not a routine maintenance task.
Where the five edit hours help
Routine page changes, form-field adjustments, image swaps, and content corrections can fit when they stay within the agreed site structure and monthly time allowance. If a request needs custom development, a new integration, or a redesigned user journey, we quote it separately.
How requests and support hours work
Requests on Growth care get a response within 2 to 3 business days. Your agreement will define request intake, when the window starts, and what a response includes. Growth care also includes a support-request allowance, separate from the five monthly website-edit hours. The two are not automatically one combined pool. Your agreement will explain how each allowance is used and how out-of-scope requests are quoted.
