Prepare safe inputs.

An AI prompt can organize thinking or produce a draft. It cannot verify your offer, understand a private customer without permission, or approve a public claim.

Use a short description of the offer, the audience, the action, and the constraints. Omit credentials, private customer information, confidential documents, and unpublished financial details from a public tool. If a task needs sensitive data, use an approved environment and access policy first.

What fact, if wrong, would make this draft misleading? Write that fact down before asking for variations.

Prompt 1: Find the audience’s decision questions.

Act as a careful marketing researcher. My offer is [verified offer] for [audience]. Their situation is [specific context]. Give me ten questions they may need answered before [desired action]. Group the questions by clarity, fit, trust, and next step. Mark every assumption as an assumption. Do not invent customer research or imply these are measured search queries.

Use the result as a hypothesis list. Compare it with actual inquiries, interviews, search data, and support questions. Keep the questions that real people ask.

Prompt 2: Explore message angles.

Act as a copy editor. Given this offer [offer], audience [audience], verified evidence [evidence or none], and limits [limits], write six short headline angles. Make two problem-led, two outcome-led, and two process-led. State the implied claim behind each line. Reject any angle that needs evidence I did not provide. Do not add urgency, price, or guaranteed results.

Choose an angle based on the page’s job. A service page may need to explain scope. An ad needs to match its destination. A homepage has to orient more than one visitor type. Do not treat variation count as insight.

Prompt 3: Check the path for contradictions.

Compare this short campaign message [message] with this landing page summary [summary] and next action [action]. Identify mismatched promises, missing conditions, unsupported claims, and unclear terms. Suggest a plain-language revision for each issue without adding new facts. Return a checklist the human reviewer can verify against the real page.

Review the original page yourself. A model can miss visual context, button behavior, and what happens after a form submission. Test those in the actual environment.

For more focused writing, use the homepage copy prompt or the ad headline prompt pack. When the content is part of an automated workflow, read AI prompt systems before turning drafts into unattended publication.
