Include the context that matters.

A few details in the first message save a round of questions.

  • If you have an existing website, include its public URL and the page or feature you want to discuss.
  • For a new project, describe the audience, the main offer, and any platform or content you already have.
  • If timing or an internal approval process will shape the project, include that context as well.
  • For an existing Scayver project, include the project name and a clear description of the issue. What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? When did you notice it?
  • A screenshot or sequence of steps may help explain a technical problem. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private customer records in an ordinary contact message.
