Give every audience event one accountable response.

Marketing automation services coordinate the systems that respond when someone takes a meaningful step. Scayver Graphix defines the event, audience record, message, owner, and stop rule before connecting forms, customer relationship data, and campaign tools. The service is for teams whose tools already work individually but create duplicate, delayed, or conflicting follow-up when they act together.

Someone might submit a service inquiry, download a resource, and later book a conversation. Each event may trigger a separate system. If those systems do not share a lifecycle rule, the person can receive an introductory campaign after speaking with your team. Which system is responsible for knowing that the relationship has changed?

Map the customer path and its records.

We identify the source event and the fields needed to respond. We define audience segments, consent and suppression rules, message ownership, and how a record changes stage. The map shows which system holds the authoritative status. If two tools disagree, the workflow needs an explicit resolution rule or a person who can review the exception.

This work is not about turning on every available trigger. We choose a defined journey and connect only the data paths needed for it. A form, CRM, and email platform may be enough. A social advertising connection or new customer database may add scope without solving the first handoff.

From rule design to a testable flow

An agreed project can include a lifecycle and event map, field definitions, segment and suppression rules, selected messages, configured workflows, test records, and an operating guide. The exact tools and content depend on the approved scope. A marketing automation build does not automatically include unlimited campaign strategy, copywriting, or ongoing optimization.

We test records that should enter a flow, pause, exit, or remain suppressed. We check duplicates, missing values, changed status, and a failed trigger. A reviewer can see why a message sent, who received a task, and what happens when the data cannot support the intended action. That trace is part of keeping the customer experience coherent.

Know which service solves the first problem.

If the issue is one triggered sequence, Email Automation may be the narrower starting point. If the issue is how leads move between stages and owners, AI Lead Management Automation addresses that decision with explicit human boundaries. If the offer and audience are not yet defined, Strategy and Planning guides the path before automation expands it.

You bring existing forms, lifecycle stages, campaign tools, consent rules, and examples of follow-up that arrived at the wrong time. We use those examples to identify the first journey worth connecting.

Marketing Automation pricing and scope

The published optimization packages do not set a blanket price for marketing automation. A quote maps the lead or customer event, data sources, consent status, messages, CRM or email-platform connections, approval rules, and reporting. Your proposal distinguishes planning from implementation and ongoing maintenance. Campaign copy, platform fees, list migration, and complex integrations are separate when not expressly included.

Marketing automation questions

The things people ask on the first call. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Does this connect every marketing platform we use?

No. The scope names the tools and fields required for the approved journey. Extra channels need their own access, data, and failure review.

Can automation correct poor CRM data?

It can expose missing or conflicting records and route them for repair. It should not silently invent values so a trigger can run.

Who handles a failed or disputed message?

The operating plan needs a named person who can inspect the record, stop the flow, and approve a correction.
