Make one important task easier to complete.
UX optimization services improve a defined task in an existing digital experience. Scayver Graphix studies where people get confused, what the interface asks them to do, and which content or interaction makes progress difficult. We then propose a focused change and check it against the original task. A full redesign may be appropriate in some cases, but one frustrating flow does not automatically require one.
Imagine a visitor trying to request a service quote. They can find the form, but the first question asks for a technical detail they do not know. They leave or contact support instead. Is the problem the visual style, the question, the order of the fields, or the missing explanation? The useful answer comes from observing the task and testing the alternatives, not from choosing a prettier form in isolation.
Look at behavior and context together.
We identify the priority audience, task, starting point, and desired completion. We review analytics where available, support questions, user feedback, and the actual interface on relevant devices. We also examine content, accessibility, loading behavior, errors, and recovery. A visitor’s hesitation may come from a missing explanation, an inaccessible control, or an unexpected rule, each of which needs a different response.
The review records evidence and competing explanations. If the data is thin, we say what we know and what we need to observe. We do not label an assumption as user research or claim a redesign caused an outcome simply because a metric changed afterward.
Propose the smallest useful change.
An agreed project can include a task and journey review, friction map, improvement hypothesis, revised content or flow, approved implementation, and usability or behavior verification. Scope follows the problem. The work may change labels and guidance, rearrange a step, improve feedback after an error, or address a technical barrier. It does not require replacing every page in the experience.
We check the proposed path with the original task, long or missing content, keyboard and touch use, smaller screens, and relevant error states. The reviewer can explain what changed, why it was chosen, and how the affected task behaves now. Ongoing measurement can then show whether a broader hypothesis deserves attention.
Where UX optimization meets adjacent work
Conversion Optimization focuses on a measurable action and test decision. Website Accessibility Audit investigates barriers across an agreed scope. Application Design may fit when a new product interface needs to be designed rather than refining an existing flow. These services overlap in evidence, but they answer different first questions.
The task visitors struggle with, the current page or flow, and any support or analytics evidence tell us whether the first change is content, interaction, accessibility, or a broader redesign.
UX Optimization pricing and scope
Growth Optimization starts at $2,500 and includes a UX audit within a bounded site-improvement package. Your quote names the user tasks and pages to assess, evidence available, proposed fixes, prototypes or design deliverables, and testing method. New features, full redesign, research recruitment, and development beyond the agreed fixes require separate scope.
