A table first, then every email

Every deliverable opens with a table. It shows the email’s place in the sequence, the campaign type, three subject lines labeled by tactic such as curiosity, outcome, or question, and preview text of 40 to 90 characters. It adds two or three calls to action marked soft, direct, or urgent, a suggested send day and time, and the tone. Then each email follows in full.

Recovering an abandoned cart

The skill writes three emails with fixed timing. The first goes one hour after the cart is left, a short reminder with no guilt. The second goes after twenty-four hours and answers the most likely objection with one piece of proof. The third goes after forty-eight to seventy-two hours and names a real deadline.

A lead magnet that leads somewhere

The delivery email goes out right after signup, names what the reader asked for, and explains how to use it in a few sentences. A nurture sequence of up to seven emails then runs over about twelve days. It covers a common mistake, a quick win, the deeper problem, the paid offer as the logical next step, objections, and finally the close.

Newsletters and cold outreach

Newsletters come in four shapes. One tip leads to a call to action, three to five curated links carry commentary, a story leads to one insight, or a weekly roundup takes a point of view. Cold outreach is a sequence of three. The first email opens with something specific to the recipient, a short follow-up adds one new piece of value, and a polite check-in closes the loop.

Sequences and tactics in the email-marketing file

The campaign types, timing, audit questions, and subject line tactics come from the email-marketing skill file on GitHub. It is released under the MIT License, “Copyright (c) 2026 ScayverGraphix.” The skills follow the Agent Skills spec published by vercel-labs/skills.

Name the offer and the subscriber’s stage.

The repository’s example asks for a nurture sequence in one line.

Use email-marketing to write a 7-email nurture sequence for a lead magnet about local SEO.

The skill also writes a matching headline for the page each email links to, and the readme links it with landing-page-cro. Add both with npx skills add scayver/marketing-skills --skill email-marketing landing-page-cro.

Permission and timing stay with you.

The skill writes the messages. Consent, unsubscribes, and your sending platform remain your responsibility. Its send times come from general patterns for each audience type, so check them against your own open data. Its urgency emails must point to a deadline that exists, a rule the skill states for itself.

A reason to send each message

Our Email Marketing service begins with permission, audience context, and a useful reason to send. Each message connects to the stage of the relationship and to a page that continues the conversation.

Questions about email sequences

The things people ask on the first call. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Can it improve emails we already send?

Yes. It checks each email’s subject line, including a length of thirty to fifty characters for mobile, then the preview text, opening line, body, and call to action. Each weakness gets a one sentence diagnosis and a rewrite, followed by the full improved email.

Can it write different versions for buyers and non-buyers?

Yes. For platforms with dynamic content, it writes conditional blocks: one version for subscribers who have purchased before and one for those who have not, each labeled with its condition.
