Email Copywriting for Subscribers Who Opted In

For subscribers who opted in, our email copywriting matches each single email or sequence to how they joined, what they already know, and the next action.

Write for the relationship behind the address.

An email arrives inside someone’s day, not on a page they chose to browse. The message needs to respect why that person is on your list, what they already know, and what would make the next action worth taking. Scayver Graphix writes email copy around that relationship. We do not treat every address as a cold lead waiting for a pitch.

A welcome message, abandoned inquiry follow-up, service announcement, and newsletter have different jobs. The writing makes that job clear in the subject line, opening, body, and call to action.

Begin with the send context.

We ask how the recipient joined, what they consented to receive, what happened immediately before this email, and what should happen after it. For an automated sequence, we map the trigger and the point at which a person should stop receiving a message. Without that context, a well-written email can still arrive at the wrong time or repeat information the reader has already acted on.

The scope can cover a single campaign email, a sequence, subject line options, preview text, plain-text body, CTA wording, and notes for segmentation or personalization. We avoid false familiarity and merge-field tricks that imply knowledge your data does not support.

Build the sequence as a conversation.

Each send adds a reason to read. A welcome sequence may orient the subscriber, answer an early question, then introduce a relevant service. A post-inquiry sequence may confirm receipt, explain the next step, and provide information that helps the person prepare. Five messages that restate the same offer are not a strategy.

We check continuity across the sequence and with the destination page. If an email offers a checklist, the linked page should deliver it. If the CTA asks for a conversation, the form should explain what that conversation involves. Landing page copy can address the destination when the email’s promise has no suitable page.

Respect compliance and operations.

You provide list provenance, consent rules, offer facts, sending platform, audience segments, and an owner for legal or policy review. We can write clear unsubscribe and preference language where scoped, but the business remains responsible for lawful sending, data handling, and platform configuration. We do not promise deliverability, open rates, or revenue from copy alone.

The handoff identifies send order, trigger assumptions, links, subject and preview options, and any content that must change when an offer changes. Platform build, automation testing, list cleanup, and campaign reporting are separate unless included in the agreement.

Email Copywriting pricing and scope

Growth Copywriting starts at $1,500 per project and includes copy for three emails in one campaign. Premium Copywriting lists six emails across two campaigns. A focused email quote defines the audience, sequence goal, subject lines, email count, source claims, and revision rounds. Writing does not by itself include list acquisition, platform setup, design, sending, or automation.

Show us the moment before the email.

Explain why the recipient gets the message and what they should be able to do next. We map the right email or sequence from there.

Inbox questions

The things people ask on the first call. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Can you write an automated sequence?

Yes, if the triggers, audience segments, purpose, and stopping rules are defined. The proposal should state the number of messages and variations.

Do you write cold outreach?

It can be a separate assignment. Cold outreach needs distinct sourcing, relevance, compliance, and approval rules. We do not assume permission-based nurture copy fits it.

How many subject lines are included?

The scope should state the number of options. A good option tests a different reason to open, not merely a punctuation change.

Do you build inside the email platform?

Content writing and platform implementation are separate unless agreed. The copy handoff can still include the fields and sequence order needed for setup.
