Keep one campaign on one path.
A landing page receives a visitor with context. They clicked an ad, email, QR code, or specific offer link. The page continues that conversation immediately. If it switches to a broad company introduction, the visitor must work to remember why they arrived. We write landing page copy around one audience, one promise, and one primary action.
That focus does not mean the page should be thin. It means every section earns its place by answering a question that affects the action: What is the offer? Is it for me? What will I receive? What do I need to provide? What happens after I respond?
Start at the traffic source.
We compare the campaign message with the destination page. A paid search visitor looking for a specific service may need scope, fit, and contact reassurance. A subscriber invited to a webinar may need topic details, format, and registration terms. These are different pages, even when the business is the same.
The copy brief records the source, audience, offer, desired action, factual claims, and any conditions or disclosures. It also identifies distractions to remove. Navigation, secondary CTAs, and broad service lists can pull attention away from the promised decision, though their treatment depends on the design and accessibility requirements.
Write the argument around objections.
The page copy includes a direct headline, offer explanation, value and fit, the steps after conversion, relevant proof where permission exists, form instructions, FAQs, and a final action. The exact order follows the visitor’s uncertainty. A familiar low-risk offer may need little explanation. A complex service inquiry may need more.
We write form labels and confirmation expectations with the same care as the hero. A button saying “Submit” does not explain the next step. A form that asks for a phone number without context may create friction. The page is honest about what the visitor is agreeing to, and it never invents response windows or free deliverables.
The handoff goes beyond a document.
We provide copy mapped to actual sections or components, along with headline and CTA alternatives where a meaningful choice exists. We check the mobile reading order, the ad-to-page wording, and the claims against the approved offer. Design, development, experiment setup, analytics, and campaign management need explicit scope if they are part of the engagement.
If the issue spans many pages and audiences, website copywriting is the better starting point. If the destination is a longer, high-consideration offer explanation, sales page copy carries the broader argument.
Landing Page Copy pricing and scope
Starter Copywriting starts at $900 per project and includes one landing page of up to 500 words along with other assets. Growth lists two pages of up to 500 words each. Your proposal defines the offer, traffic source, page goal, evidence inputs, word range, and revisions. The writing package does not automatically include page design, development, tracking installation, or advertising spend.
Trace the visitor back to the click.
Forward the campaign message and the current destination URL. We define the page’s single job and write the path that supports it.
